We collect your email address and your country of residence, we need your email address to send you instructions, we need your country of origin to be able to determine if there is a need to translate future revisions of our guide.

We keep these details on a secure server and promise we will not share or pass this information to any third party.

Independence of Advice

The advice that we give in our guides is completely independent, we do not accept payment of any kind for reviews recommendations or inclusion into our guide. If in the future we accept advertising on our website we will clearly segregate advertising from advice. We understand that acceptance of advertising may constitute an endorsement, for this reason we will publish our criteria for acceptance of advertising and we will listen to your thoughts on what is acceptable advertising

We will not post any comments or contributions on our website or in our guide without first obtaining the permision of the contributor, we do not accept sending a comment, information, photograph or contribution to us is permission to use that comment, information, or photograph unless we have specifically asked your permission.

We will always give credit to comments, information or photographs unless specifically asked not to do so.

Ethical and Sustainable Travel

We support the promotion of ethical travel, we are particularly interested in hearing from you if you have any concerns regarding ethical or sustainable travel in Thailand, we are of course interested in hearing if you have any recommendations of destinations, tours or organizations who are promoting ethical and sustainable travel in Thailand, we will be happy to promote their efforts.

Refunds

We distribute Thailand4Kids over the Internet and provide you the reader with Username and Password controlled access.  While we have taken steps to ensure Thailand4Kids is accessible and requires only rudimentary computing skills to use, it is almost inevitable that there will be a small number of users who find difficulty downloading or opening the files.

If you have such difficulties please contact us, we will first ask if you want an immediate refund or if you would like assistance with access; options include guidance on using your computer or if you are having trouble downloading due to slow internet connections we will offer a disc copy of Thailand4Kids via the normal mail.

If we are unable dispatch a disc copy of Thailand4Kids or to help you get access to the downloaded copy of Thailand4Kids within 48 Hours of being notified we will make an immediate refund via PayPal.

Please note that while we do receive automatic notification of successful downloads and of successful activation of Usernames, we do rely on you to tell us if you are having problems with access. After all a delay in you opening the files may simply be due to you waiting for time off from the kids to read Thailand4Kids in peace and quiet.
